I desire to draw people back to God through nature, using bold color and creativity, with the goal of inspiring peace, hope and healing as Jesus has given me. I am always learning and growing.

The artist, Amanda McIntyre Smith (myself), solely maintains the rights to all artwork on this site and all art I have created upon creation and completion, or incompletion.

My artwork is not intended for distribution in any form unless authorized by myself. All artwork created and sold (by myself), including but not limited to: the rights to all artwork and images, business ideas, and all forms of creative expression, (original dreams and dream sequences), ideas, inventions, musical compositions and any and all creative processes which have been posted online, communicated in any form, or given away solely belong to myself (Amanda McIntyre Smith), the original artist.

Unfortunately, as a victim of hacking and other crimes, including intellectual property theft, I would like to remind people, especially other artists, that it is a malicious criminal act to try to undermine artists by stealing or using another’s artwork. Artwork intended for being discarded, and/or the stealing of discarded artwork or images rendered by the original artist who created it in order to represent it as one's own personal artwork and without express personal permission is illegal. It is also illegal and a federal crime to hack and/or to illegally surveil an individual. This happens to some creatives with the intent to steal ideas, illegally eavesdrop, abuse, harass, etc. These are very serious crimes. Using someone’s personal art (images and any and all personal creative efforts), posting them on personal online accounts and claiming them as one’s own constitutes theft of art, copyright infringement or intellectual property theft, which is a punishable crime by law. If you have published my original art images, etc from my personal computers, iCloud, phones, etc (federal crimes of hacking can be applied here). If you have claimed any of my former sketches, etc as your own, without explicit permission from me alone, you have broken the laws that protect all artists and creatives.

We all deserve respect and credit for our own work

If you know who I am and have any knowledge of my images being used anywhere online, or of former works being reproduced, sold and/or violated, please contact me personally and I will reach out to law enforcement. I have worked very hard and honestly on each and every image, sketch, drawing, painting, photo, graphic design and poem throughout my art career and as a hobbyist; including receiving a formal education in the arts.

It is NOT recommended that anyone consider using or posting my artwork and images online or for reproduction in any form, including my personal communications, as I have already reported it to appropriate authorities. Included in this statement is the recognition that all of my ideas, dreams and inventions or creations are exclusively and solely mine and completely original.

It is illegal to steal or reproduce another artist’s images, photographs, graphic designs, ideas, music, poetry, literature and any and all creative processes and actions under federal copyright laws.

Furthermore, these are very serious crimes. This is not a game. I’ve contacted the FBI. Again, CEASE AND DESIST to those who know full well who they are.
